RC Rods Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty
RC Rods warrants to the original purchaser that each rod is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, RC Rods will, at our discretion, repair or replace the rod or defective component.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies only to failures determined by RC Rods to be caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use.
What This Warranty Does Not cover
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than RC Rods
- Damage caused during transport or storage
Low-Cost Repair & Replacement Program
We understand accidents happen. If your rod is damaged in a way that is not covered under warranty, RC Rods offers a low-cost repair or replacement option.
Fees will vary depending on the model and extent of damage. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with non-warranty repairs.
