RC Rods was born on the waters of the Laguna Madre, where long days chasing redfish and trout revealed a simple truth—most fishing rods weren’t built with serious anglers in mind. They were mass-produced, built fast, and lacked the attention to detail that Anglers depend on when it matters most.

Founder Rock Anderson set out to change that.

What started as a passion for building better rods quickly became an obsession with craftsmanship and performance. Every component was carefully chosen, every guide placed with purpose, and every rod built one at a time by hand.
